Position Title: Practice Support and Skin Care Territory Manager
The ideal candidate will have the proven ability to maintain and grow a procedure based business in an outpatient based treatment setting. Both the physician and office staff will require frequent and meaningful interactions with the Account Manager to achieve account growth and continued customer satisfaction. Ideally, this experience will include a significant product or procedure utilized by aesthetic procedural practices.

The successful Account Manager will effectively implement company and customer marketing strategies and objectives to grow the Neauvia consumable business (device and skincare). The specialist will manage a high level of customer service and support with accounts that leads to a high degree of customer and patient satisfaction. The specialist will establish common business objectives with accounts to drive acceptance and profitably of the device and associated services. The Account Manager will successfully integrate the device into each customer account within their territory. The Account Manager will manage the overall procedure experience through customer account support including but not limited to internal and external procedure marketing such as patient seminars and procedural marketing programs and materials. The specialist will train the physician and staff on the initial device use as well as follow up visits to ensure a high-level of patient satisfaction.
Experience, Education, Training, Traits:
The ideal candidate will have experience in a consultative selling environment, assisting accounts in developing business plans, marketing strategies, public relations, events, etc., geared toward the patient/consumer that facilitate education, build awareness that results in a high degree of customer and patient satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will also have successful experience in capital sales as well as procedural marketing and practice building experience with aesthetic physicians.
